Our fees are competitive and we provide more information on our typed reports than the other abstractors.

Short Turn Times

We keep our turn times for our metro counties to 24 hours or less. As the search gets further out from the metro areas then turn times also increase due to the travel time.

Expeanded Coverage

We have expanded coverage, which includes the entire states of Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois.

Missouri

Our employee abstractors are Missouri licensed as required by state statute and we are Missouri Title Plant Compliant in all 115 Missouri counties for our clients that write title policy in Missouri.  The metro areas of St. Louis and Kansas City have our quickest turn times of any of the Missouri counties.

Illinois

We cover the entire state of Illinois.  Illinois does not have or require abstractors to be licensed.  The metro areas of St. Louis and Chicago have our quickest turn time but we also cover the rural south and eastern portions of Illinois

Kansas

We are licensed in Kansas and cover the entire state.  The metro areas of Kansas City, Topeka and Wichita have our quickest turn times.  Kansas becomes extremely rural once outside the metro area.  Although the fees and turn times for these extremely rural counties are uncomfortable, we will have better pricing and turn times than the local title company.
